Started the day nice & early.. Was on the exercise bike at 6.40am! Did a good 20 minute ride!
Ate well at lunch.. No snacks during the day.. Drank my water..
Got home around 6.30pm.. Got changed & went for a half hour walk with the kids.. Felt great to be out hitting the pavement in the gorgeous weather..
Had a lovely hot chicken salad... Yummo!!
Looking forward to continuing my journey to goal : )
