It's 6.12am & today's the first day of my return to the wagon & the first day of my journey to goal! I have enjoyed eating as I've pleased for the past week but I'm feeling very sluggish because of it! The decision to have a full week off was to kick start my weight loss & give myself a break from thinking about what to eat constantly!
I must exercise for at least 30 minutes every day as it makes a huge difference to my efforts!
My eating plan!... I'm returning to the plan I was on when I got down to 107 when I trained with PT.. I recently went on shakes before the wedding.. I cannot sustain using shakes as I feel like I'm starving!! I need to eat, particularly when I train...
I also MUST drink at least 2 litres of water a day.. NO SOFT DRINK!!
So, here goes... Look out world, Here I come!!!!
